The most important questions in our work:

-What do you want?

-What’s stopping you from having it right now?

Easy questions for some; more difficult questions for many.  Certainly important questions for everybody.  The answers to these questions are the center of our work.  Once we can answer them, we know what it is that needs our attention and we can fix it—right now!!

You don’t need to know the answers before working with me.  If you do—Great!!  If you don’t, then we’ll work together to find those answers.

My goal is for us to identify and resolve your blocks in one or two sessions.  Compare that to a therapist or counselor who wants you to keep coming back for months or years.

If time permits, we can work on more than one issue per session.  I also don’t limit you to a certain number of minutes—we work until you have success.

Issues I have helped people resolve:

· Performance anxiety

· Self-confidence (lack of)

· Internal conflicts (‘I want this but I also want that’)

· Chronic pain

· General anxiety

· Fears/Phobias

· Anger

· Negative “self-talk”

· Getting over bad relationships/breakups
